Leadership by Attraction says that pushing or forcing people is ineffective. It repels talent and diminishes results. Leadership by Attraction embraces the reality that people work for their own dreams and are increasingly likely to pursue them elsewhere if necessary. Leaders command neither the who nor the what. Instead, they must attract it.
